Ingredients
  1. •2 ripe bananas ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  2. •1/4 cup hemp protein powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  3. •1 cup almond milk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  4. •3/4 cup gluten free flour ⠀
Instructions
  1. Heat up a small amount of coconut oil in a pan.
  2. Whizz everything together in a blender and ladle the mixture into the hot frying pan.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes and flip so its cooked on both sides. Serve with maple syrup and berries!
