Ingredients
- •2 ripe bananas ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- •1/4 cup hemp protein powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- •1 cup almond milk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- •3/4 cup gluten free flour ⠀
Instructions
- Heat up a small amount of coconut oil in a pan.
- Whizz everything together in a blender and ladle the mixture into the hot frying pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes and flip so its cooked on both sides. Serve with maple syrup and berries!
