Ingredients
- 1 grated carrot
- Small handful of pitted dates
- Small handful of raisins
- 1/2 cup GF oats
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in the blender expect the walnuts and blend until everything sticks together.
- Transfer mixture into a bowl and add walnuts. Roll into balls and store in the fridge
