Ingredients
- •170g pumpkin, chopped
- •1 tbsp tahini
- •1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- •1/2 tsp chilli powder
- •1 small garlic clove •pinch salt
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 200•C and roast the pumpkin on a tray with olive oil for about half an hour until soft. I left the skin on mine but if you'd rather then cut it off.
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, chopped parsley and sesame seeds ☺️🎃
